For each and every different filling only 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS are selected. The SUPERIOR QUALITY is achieved by using only the most fresh and mature products as the white truffle from Motovun, lavender from the isle of Hvar, our selection of Superior Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Istria, the delicious Fleur de S.OLIA from Istria. For the olive praline, the best olives of the autochthone sort »Storta« from Piran/Slovenian coast are selected, hand picked and prepared in a TRADITIONAL WAY to obtain the most PRECIOUS FLAVOUR. By selection of the best ingredients from the Adria region, with tradition and love, such a superior quality can be achieved.
